Upstairs are three good size bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and family bathroom. On top is the roof top terrace with lovely panoramic views; the perfect place for a late afternoon cocktails.

The villa offers spacious and airy open plan living area with modern kitchen, dining set and sofas. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The villa has one family bathroom with bath on the first floor and a guest’s toilet on the ground floor.

Villa Rita is with 3 spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs; 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms.

The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas with IPTV, Wi-Fi and DVD player.

The property is fenced for privacy with private swimming pool 8m x 3.5m, sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture and BBQ area. Nice area where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days.
