The villa has 1 family bathroom with toilet and bath tub, and 1 en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower room; both bathrooms have washing basins. There is guest toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen of Villa Calm Beach is modern, well equipped with brand new utilities including: fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils.
