Protaras Apartment is a specious ground floor apartment with open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well-spaced out for maximum comfort. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite TV. The satellite plays channels such as Fox movies, Dubai One and MBC channels which shows a number of films, American series and international sports.

The dining area can seat up to 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The bathroom features a large shower cubicle with WC, sink and the water is heated by solar panels therefore constant hot water throughout the summer months.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, comfortable leather suite in the lounge area; sofa converts to a full size sofa bed, beautiful wooden dining table for four, and the bedroom with inbuilt cupboard space with a king size bed.
