This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located on one of the most beautiful spots in Protaras – between centre of Protaras and Cape Greco National Park in a quiet area of Protaras less than 10 minutes’ walk to the centre and only 800 meters from famous Konnos Bay Beach. This lovely villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone.
The villa offers spacious and airy living area with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining set for 6 and sofas. A back door from this area opens to pergola covered patio with outdoor furniture and the pool behind the house – ideal for breakfast or lunch.
All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with a family bathroom, one with double bed and two with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are air conditioning (cooling and heating) in living area and all bedrooms without any extra charge.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all necessary cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas with IPTV, internet access and DVD player.
The garden is fenced for privacy with sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Nice garden area where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days.

NOTE 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages.
