The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt wardrobe, a good sized balcony with sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and also wardrobes. There are one family bathroom and a shower/toilet room upstairs and a guest’s toilet downstairs.
Beach villa Cyprus is fully air conditioned furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.
The villa has a specious ground floor plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Large sliding doors lead onto the pool area. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite system.
The inside dining area can sit up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine.
The garden area comes complete with a private pool and sun loungers, a garden table, and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; there is a beautiful view of Mediterranean Sea from the balconies.

Villa is located within a popular complex in Pernera – Protaras. The complex has a privileged position that sits directly on the coastline and within minutes to the resort center and local amenities.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and children’s pool that can be used free of charge by our guests. There is also a reasonably priced, good quality restaurant on site and a large open plan bar serving hot and cold drinks, both facilities offering free Wi-Fi.
There are also sun beds alongside the facilities and these are placed on a grassed area stretching down to the beach also can be used by our guests. A couple of minutes walk you will find bars, excellent taverns and restaurants, supermarkets, bank, a kiosk and car hire rental offices. Larnaca airport is about 40 minutes drive from villa.

Ideally situated and equipped the villa offers pure relaxation and family-orientated holiday on one of the most attractive Cyprus beaches Pernera. Just beyond Protaras is Cape Greco, which is located on the furthest southeastern point of the island in the Famagusta region. This area contains a National Park Forest, occupying an area of 390 hectares and offers facilities for hiking, picnicking, cycling, horse-riding, climbing, swimming and diving. Scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island

Beach villa Cyprus is designed to ensure top quality and comfortable stay on your holiday.

An allowance of 100 kWh of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit. A security deposit 200 euros is required payable cash on arrival before check in, to be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages.
