Unique by design this spacious villa is furnished to the highest standard from granite worktops to your homely comforts, with air conditioning/heating and internet access throughout. All your needs catered for, with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV and fantastic sea view balconies.

Outside area is beautifully landscaped with tropical palm trees/flowers and shrubs. There is a large private 8 x 4 meters pool with sun beds for those who prefer relaxing days in the sun. Fig Tree Bay and Protaras center are only minutes by foot.

Beach Villa Arta is a remarkable self-catering three bedroom villa inside and out with very high standard furniture in all rooms including the spacious three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes.

Two of the bedrooms are with a double bed and the other bedroom is with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of them is in-suite, and a quest’s toilet downstairs. Living room has Television, Satellite TV, DVD player, Fire place, Sofa beds, CD player, Wii play console, iPod, Safe box, Internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils and a dining table with six chairs.
The pool is 8 x 4 m with sun beds and umbrella, garden furniture, outdoor shower and build BBQ.

Care has been taken to make every detail of this villa count, from the bed sheets and crockery, right up to the sun beds and the furnishings. The comfortable feel that this villa has is due to the unique additional touches such as satellite television, clear blue Mediterranean views.
