The Villa has its own private swimming pool, and garden patio area with barbecue. Situated just 200 meters
from the sandy protaras beach.
Spacious ground floor with open plan lounge, dining area and a quest's bathroom. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests. Large open plan kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer,All four bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are with double beds, inbuilt cupboard space, and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are with comfortable twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space. The garden and swimming pool area comes complete with a spotless large private swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden table and chairs. The garden is bordered by plants and fence, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion.
The villa is in the very resort center with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3
minutes walk.
Check-in: 16.00 hrs (4:00 pm) and Check-out: 12:00 noon.
Pool Cleaning once a week. For extra cleaning the cost is 50 euro daily payable by clients.
