All necessary bed linen including bath robes is provided and with respect of your privacy, housekeeping service is provided once a week. Additional services are available on request. The Villa has its own private swimming pool, and garden patio area with barbecue. Situated just 75 meters
from the grassy embankment that runs down to the sandy protaras beach.
Spacious open plan lounge and dining area, TV, satellite, DVD player. There is a bedroom at the ground floor with a luxurious double bed and bathroom. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests. Large open plan kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a luxurious double bed and inbuilt cupboard space, a good sized balcony. The other 2 bedrooms on the first floor have comfy twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space.
The landscaped garden area comes complete with an immaculate large private pool and sun loungers, a large table,and chairs. The garden is bordered by stunning plants and fence, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion.
The villa is in the very resort center with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3
minutes walk.
Check-in: 16.00 hrs (4:00 pm) and Check-out: 12:00 noon.
Cleaning once a week. For extra cleaning the cost is 50 euro daily payable by clients.
