The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as color TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.
The large ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. Two pairs of large sliding patio doors lead on to the extensive terrace. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children's channels.
The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 4 people comfortably. The Italian-designed kitchen is well equipped for any sort of culinary activity and has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed in a separate cupboard.
Protaras villa has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt cupboard space, a good sized balcony.
The other bedroom has comfy twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space.
The landscaped garden area comes complete with an immaculate large private pool and sun loungers, a large table, and chairs. The garden is bordered by stunning plants and fence, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; in the distance, there is a beautiful view of Mediterranean Sea. All are designed to ensure maximum rest during your holiday.

The villa is located in one of the most attractive resorts of Cyprus namely Protaras-Ayia Napa area near Paralimni Village. A couple of minutes walk you will find the holiday village of Kapparis with bars, excellent taverns and restaurants, supermarkets, bank, a kiosk and car hire rental offices. Larnaca airport is about 40 minutes drive from Ayia Napa villa.
Ideally situated and equipped the villa offers pure relaxation and family-orientated holiday on one of the most attractive Cyprus beaches.
Just beyond Protaras is Cape Greco, which is located on the furthest southeastern point of the island in the Famagusta region. This area contains a National Park Forest, occupying an area of 390 hectares and offers facilities for hiking, picnicking, cycling, horse-riding, climbing, swimming and diving. Scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island.

Also, about 5 minutes drive along the coast is the family friendly coastline resort of Protaras with its famous white sandy beaches and, in particular, Fig Tree Bay where you can find activities such as snorkeling, jet-skiing, parasailing plus Water world, where children can splash all day.
For the night life lovers, the action-packed resort of Ayia Napa is a short drive 15-minute drive from the villa.
For the more adventurous, most of the island is within easy reach via a good road system; the villa is well situated, within approximately 10 minutes of the eastern end of the main east/west road, which traverses the island.
