The villa can be rented as a very specious 3 bedroom villa for 8-10 persons or as separate apartments consisting of a one bedroom apartment for 3-4 persons and one two bedroom apartment for 5 persons. Accommodation for 10: 8 in the tree bedrooms and 2 extra Camp-beds can be provided in the sitting rooms.
This holiday villa is a superb choice for family holidays with many children due to its large grass covered garden more than 800sq meters, with matured fruit trees which can be used as playground for children. The 8x4 sq meters swimming pool is also a paradise for children while the family friendly swimming beaches Zygi beach is 4km and Governor's sandy beach is 7kilometers away.

House Facilities
The two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in one room with an en suite bathroom and 3 single beds in the other room, plus another bathroom. The one-bedroom apartment has a double and a single bed and a bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortable, decorated with traditional Cypriot materials and each has air conditioning, heating, and satellite TV.

Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and iron. There is a washing machine available for use by all guests. High chairs and a cot can be provided.

Extra information about the house
Governors Beach with it's shallow calm sandy beach is just 6 km away. It also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like diving, snorkeling, boating and fishing. If you like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent selection of restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear water.
